As you might expect from a born-and-raised Albertan, my first magazine story was about Canada’s reigning bull-riding champ. Since then, I’ve contributed to publications such as Maclean’s, Chatelaine, and Canadian Business and spent three years as a staff lifestyle writer with the Calgary Herald. My first book, The Glow Code: A Cheat Sheet for Feeling, Looking and Being Your Best at Any Age, will be published in 2024 (Rowman & Littlefield).
My storytelling skills inspire my work as a communications professional. (Having degrees in commerce and journalism comes in handy, too.) Whether I’m assisting start-ups, corporations or charities, I take pride in crafting exceptional communications.
Writing in other people’s voices is another of my specialties, a niche skill known as ghostwriting. My most notable project is the #1 national bestseller Forever Terry: A Legacy In Letters, a book celebrating the 40th anniversary of Terry Fox’s historic run.
